Founding Cohort · April 2026 · 5–10 Women
For the high-performing woman who expected to be further by now — and can't understand why getting there still feels this hard.
Join the WaitlistSound familiar
You walk into the meeting knowing you have something valuable to say. You have thought it through. You are prepared. You know your material.
But when the moment comes, something happens in your body before your mind has caught up. Your voice tightens. You start explaining more than you intended. You soften the point just enough to make it safer, and in doing so you lose something. Not catastrophically. Just enough that you notice it later, on the way home, in that quiet replay that has become so familiar you barely register it anymore. Was my tone right? Should I have spoken sooner? Did I come across as hesitant?
Externally, everything looks fine. You are performing well. You are respected. And yet, internally, leadership still feels like something you are sustaining through effort rather than something you simply are.
Underneath all of this there is something else. You expected to be further by now, and instead you have been moving sideways. Same title, different room. The voice in your head has its own explanation: everyone else is more capable, more confident, more ready. And you, despite everything you have built and everything you know, still find yourself wondering whether you really deserve to be here.
You look at the women leading in your organisation and you cannot relate to them. You are not sure you could be yourself and lead at the same time.
Here is what I need you to hear: this is not a you problem. It is not a confidence problem. It is a nervous system problem, and it has a solution that has nothing to do with more strategies.
Before the work begins
Most programmes begin with strategy. This one begins with permission.
The women I work with are not lacking information. They have read the books. They have sat through the workshops. They have understood, intellectually, exactly what needs to change. And still, nothing lands in the body. Nothing shifts in the day-to-day.
There is a reason for that. Understanding is not enough. It has to be experienced.
Week one of this programme does not ask you to transform. It asks you to give yourself full permission to finally listen to what you already know. That permission, small and quiet and completely real, is where everything else begins.
The real reason leadership feels effortful
Mindset work is not wrong. The problem is that it cannot land without a physiological foundation underneath it. When you read the books and listen to the audios and understand it all in theory, and still nothing changes in your daily life, this is why.
When your nervous system perceives social evaluation, hierarchy, or the risk of judgment, something happens automatically, before you have a chance to think:
This is not weakness. It is how the human nervous system responds to perceived pressure. No communication strategy can override a dysregulated system. The work has to start deeper.

A note from Rita
I know it because I lived it. Not as a metaphor, but as a decade of quietly wondering whether I had earned my place, over-preparing for rooms I had already proven myself in, watching others move forward and constructing elaborate explanations for why it was not me yet.
I am an aerospace engineer at the European Space Agency. I have a PhD. I have studied and researched across five countries. And for years, I sat in rooms I had worked hard to be in and still waited for someone to tell me I was allowed to speak.
I remember one meeting early in my PhD. My manager turned to me without warning and asked something about my master thesis. I knew the material. I had lived inside that research for years. But the question came from nowhere, and something in me collapsed before I could think. I flushed. I gave a confused, scattered answer. I wanted to leave the room.
I was competent. The issue was not my knowledge. The issue was that nobody had taught me what to do with my nervous system when it decided the situation was dangerous.
What changed was not my mindset. It was my body. Through years of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the slow, unglamorous work of building a regulated life, something fundamental shifted. I stopped performing authority. I stopped waiting for permission. Leadership stopped feeling like something I had to sustain through effort and started feeling like something I simply was.
The Self-Led Woman is the integration of everything I have learned about building that internal foundation, structured for professional women who are ready to stop working so hard at something that should, eventually, feel natural.
Is this for you
She is already accomplished. The question is not whether she is capable, but why capable still feels this effortful.
You are capable and accomplished, and quietly certain you should be further along by now. You have been moving sideways and cannot understand why the next level keeps not happening.
The voice in your head tells you everyone else is more capable, more ready, more deserving. You hesitate before speaking, even when you have something clear to say. You over-prepare, over-explain, or soften your message to stay safe.
You are tired of working this hard at something that should, eventually, feel natural, and you are ready to do genuine, consistent work rather than look for a shortcut.
You want quick motivational boosts or mindset hacks that bypass the body. You are looking for communication scripts without the deeper integration that makes them stick.
You are not willing to practise new behaviours between sessions, or you want high-pressure, loud accountability energy. This programme is forward-focused coaching, not therapy, and not performance.
What changes
You will not be a different woman. You will be a steadier, more grounded one.
Daily routines, regulation tools, and practical protocols you can immediately integrate into real professional life.
A felt sense of calm you can access in meetings, high-stakes conversations, and decisions, not just in theory but as a genuine physiological baseline.
Simple, repeatable, and effective, so you stop spiralling in moments that used to drain you.
Speaking with fewer words and more impact, holding your position without over-explaining or apologising for the space you take up.
Clarity about what you will and will not do, communicated with calm authority rather than tension or guilt.
The kind that comes from being genuinely regulated and self-led, rather than performed or forced into shape.
The programme
A progressive leadership architecture that builds in layers, because sustainable authority cannot be installed from the outside in.
Most leadership programmes begin with strategy: communication frameworks, executive presence tips, visibility techniques. We include all of that. But if your system does not feel safe being seen, you will override every strategy under pressure.
So we begin somewhere different. With you, your nervous system, your body as the foundation everything else is built on.
Before authority, before visibility, before any external work, we stabilise your internal system. Sleep, nourishment, movement, and daily regulation practices that create real physiological steadiness. We build your Personal Self-Leadership Blueprint: a customised set of habits and tools, not as a rigid protocol, but as a stable foundation you can always return to.
With a steadier system, we work with identity. Decision-making without endless second-guessing. Recognising perfectionism as a protection strategy rather than a standard. Noticing imposter thoughts without obeying them. This is where the internal shift becomes tangible.
Now we bring it into professional life. Speaking without over-rehearsing, holding your position without softening it, being seen without self-betrayal. Communicating with fewer words and more impact. You do not become someone else. You become yourself, more secure and less filtered.
When your system is regulated and your authority is internalised, your energy changes. You stop chasing visibility because it becomes something that happens as a result of who you are, not something you perform. This is the Self-Led Woman Framework in full expression.
The shift, in their words
"Since the beginning of Rita's programme, I have grown a stronger trust in myself. I try my best to live in the present moment and follow my intuition, listening to the signs that my body is giving me as I make each decision."Kailey, Teacher
"I would recommend coaching with Rita to anyone who feels lost and in search of themselves. She will guide you on a deep and profound path of love and reconnection with your own nature."Francesca, Nurse
"She has changed my way of discrediting myself to an understanding and loving caress."Francesca, Nurse

How will this programme help me in high-stakes moments?
You will have practical tools to regulate your nervous system before and during high-stakes situations, not just coping strategies, but a genuinely steadier baseline to draw from. The work is built into your day-to-day life so it is available when you need it.
How much time will this take each week?
Around two hours on average, including the live call. The daily practices are short and realistic. Mostly, the work is woven into your existing life rather than added on top of it.
Is this live or recorded?
Lessons are pre-recorded. Coaching calls are live, with replays always included.
What if I miss a call?
You will receive the replay and integration prompts so you can continue the work in your own time.
I'm already successful. Is this still for me?
Yes. This is for women who are already competent but want leadership to feel aligned rather than effortful. The question this programme addresses has never been about whether you are capable.
How is this different from therapy?
This is forward-focused coaching. We work with real-time leadership situations and build tools you apply immediately. It is not therapeutic in its orientation, though the work is genuine and goes deep.
